Forgot my rac card so showed them my membership details and they wouldn't accept. It states rac members get discount, nowhere does it say anything about the card.

Just had a terrible experience getting fuel here. Went on the way home to fill up as an RAC member to get the cheaper price per litre, waited in the queue (which was backing out onto Rockingham Road) and filled my tank. So far so good... Go to the counter to pay using my bankcard feature on my smartphone only to be told that the EFTPOS was not working and that is need to get cash out from the ATM. I didn't have a bankcard on me so was told if have to go get some money and come back. So I ended up doing a 30km all round trip to get my wallet from home and back, walk in and head to the ATM in plain site of the same member of staff who had originally served me and withdraw the cash needed. This cost me $2.50 in transaction fees. I walk up to the same staff member and she apologises for the issue before telling me the EFTPOS is now back on! This is after my withdrawal that she had watched me do. So all in all it actually cost me more to fill up using the RAC membership than if I'd gone somewhere else due to the ATM fee, plus I wasted my time going back and forth.Not good enough and don't think I'll be going there again in the future.

Small servo not much hot food but great coffee and reasonable fuel prices .

Thew worst Customer service that I have encountered in my entire life. The guy who standing there considered me as a culprit. No greetings!! I myself work as a CSA. Above all the water cans in the forecourt was completely empty. Disguisting!!!!

Just a simple place to fill up away from the crowd, not enough servo pies for lunch though haha.

Good fuel

Came in by for milk one Sunday morning and walked out with a free coffee. Woman that served me was also very nice.
