Exceptional honesty and service.I took my Hyundai to Jim after the dealer said they couldn't fix the car, and another mechanic quoted me $7,500 - $8,500 to do the work.Jim was fantastic. He did great work and the car runs perfectly and he achieved all of this for about a quarter of what I was quoted elsewhere.If you want someone you can trust to look after your car and do the right thing by you in terms of honesty and transparency, then Jim is the person you should talk to.

Jim and Danny, the brothers owning this business have over two decades of experience in their field and said expertise are consistently evident in everything they do.In addition to the long experience in working with a wide range of car makes and models, they possess the ever-dying qualities of HONESTY and INTEGRITY.Addison from Gearbox Solutions recommended Online Performance for me and although I was hesitant to take my car there at first (due to low number of reviews), I eventually found myself to be very lucky to have come here.These guys not only diagnosed the problem with my car quickly (camshaft and rockers need replacement), they - particularly Jim - also took me through every little detail.Took them three days to order the parts, disassemble my Grand Cherokee's complex engine; replace the parts and put the beast back together again.During this process, it was apparent that my water pump gasket needed replacement as it was showing bad signs of wear and tear. Jim replaced the whole waterpump for the price of the gasket !!!My engine oil was replaced completely free of charge.Finally, I deliberately tried to annoy Jim by hassling him about the price he charged me.. and despite my shenanigans He was professional and polite the entire time.If you have any issues with your car and you want a top-notch service come to the guys at Online Performance.YOU. Went to online performance after getting a recommendation from my friend which turned out to be a best decision. Never found a mechanic as honest as Jim who kept me updated throughout the repair as what parts are needed and explained everything in detail and paid so much attention on every single aspect.Even though I live in the city driving 38kms to get my car serviced regularly from Jim I wouldn’t give a second thought. Highly recommend him.
