The Piercing Places

I have been here twice in relation to my ear lobe piercings. Whilst I didn’t have any specifically poor experience with this place, I think it’s worth mentioning the use of a piercing gun, which I know many are against, to do lobe piercings here! Going to a specific piercing shop, i would not generally expect this, though I’m sure you can request otherwise if you have this preference. I was asked recently if I would recommend this place for a friends belly button piercing, but I don’t know how comfortable I would feel personally with the main piercer (Tom?) with a more intimate piercing location, considering my experience at the shop those two times, in addition to some of the lower star reviews on google of their experiences too.I recently attended another piercer in the city that had a nice formalised piercing procedure and high quality sterilising equipment, which certainly made me feel much more comfortable as this place is a bit more casual, though I did not have big concerns about the sanitary aspect of The Piercing Places :)

Great friendly service and excellent with kids. The Piercing Places is super clean and very experienced. I would highly recommend coming here for any piercing needs. Both my young daughters and myself have all had piercings here, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I don’t think i have ever posted a review for any particular business but for this one i need to. This business is hands down the best place in perth to get any piercing or anything changed. Due to my skin not reacting well to cheap or silver jewellery, it has been a struggle finding a sufficient piercing place to avoid anything going wrong. I have been coming here for years now and never had any problems. Service is fast, efficient and reliable. Would not trust anyone else. Have never faced any faults since coming here. Amazing service ! :)

Love this place so much that my sister and I came twice within a week. Tiahna did both of our piercings, she is so lovely made & made us feel so welcome and comfortable that we weren’t nervous at all. We can’t recommend this place enough - so pleased!☺️

Went with a friend to get her first ear piercing and Tom, the piercing technician who worked there was consistently rude and belittled myself and my friend when we asked what we believed were sensible questions for the first time getting a piercing, such as healing time with a piercing gun verses a needle. We were polite and weren't disruptive in any way so I am unsure what elicit that response.I don't know if he was having a bad day but my friend was already nervous about getting her first piercing and it was a very uncomfortable atmosphere. If someone doesn't like their job that much that snarky comments to people who are anxious about getting a needle stabbed through them, I don't think they should be dealing with customers.Especially when looking at other reviews it seems like this is an ongoing problem that has not been fixed.

I should have decided against my lobe piercing when the piercer" brought out a piercing gun...and when they didn't give me a longer bar option if it swelled up

Absolutely love this place. I don’t go anywhere else and it’s the place I always recommend. Recently got my second nose piercing and Tom did amazing. It was quick, easy and as always great service. I always enjoy the conversations I have with the workers. Definitely would recommend

It's been roughly 6 months since I got my hood piercing. The experience of getting it done, I'll never forget as it's my only other piercing apart from my ears. Not much pain really, advice of what I was going to experience shortly after was given. I followed the aftercare advice exactly and healed so quickly. I absolutely love my piercing and really glad I got it done, more so from this studio. I've visited other studios for advice or to change over my jewellery and they've made things so incredibly complicated and daunting.Service from The Piercing Place is perfect, casual yes but very informative without making things so complex. Looking forward to going back and selecting new jewellery.

Hands down the best piercing place in the Fremantle area. Got all my piercings there. Tiahna and Tom are extremely good, had 6 piercings there and all were good experiences. Good prices professional and quick.
