Honestly how anyone give this company 5 star reviews is beyond me. Our centre has bene with acromat for over a decade and no it is not because they are good. Service is horrendous and they are never on time nor will they give any notice before just rocking up at your centre. Emails do not get responded to and service? Don't kid yourselves because a week later you are going to have a mechanical issue and their answer will be well these things happen so we cannot foresee them even though we said there were no problems with your unit a week ago during our service. Here is a quote for $2000 for the repairs. Oh and don't forget to pay the $4000 service from last week ;)" Save your time and money

Very poor customer service and even worse support.Bad attitude when it comes to problem solving their own equipment
