Prouds the Jewellers Mt Pleasant
Took my ring in for the second time as the same stone fell out. First time was in Nov 21 stone fell out again in Jan 22 Was told the head office inspected it. Due to wear and tear they can't fix and not under warranty any more. They were able to replace the stone the first time so I dont know why they couldntPut a new stone in. Would have being happy to pay for it. What make it worse they didn't even tell me over the phone that it wasn't fix. Got told that it was ready for pick up. Everything I have bought within the last year has broken. Wont be going back. It's a $600 ring
