Pretty Paws Pet Grooming

I have been attending this groomer for 6 years. Today my dog was returned with a bleeding paw- her nail ripped out hanging on my a thread. After noticing the blood all over my leather seats of the car- I called the groomer and asked what happened. Took my dog straight back for her to look at and she denied the whole thing saying it didn’t happen with her it must of happened with me. My dog hadn’t even set foot on the ground, I hadn’t even gotten home before I turn around and went straight back to her.She said leave the nail as is and she attempted to bandage it for me, then that didn’t work so I said I’d have to take her to the vet.Left in tears, her still claiming she did nothing even though my dog had been in her care for over an hour. I went to the vet, the vet then advised the nail had to come off as it was hanging by a thread.So after being charged $50 for groomingThen $107 at the Vet I am NOT impressed. Yvette denied the whole thing, no refund offer no offer to take my dog to the vet NOTHING.Extremely poor behaviour, especially for a long term customer. Utterly disgusted. At least admit it was your fault as the dog was in your care.Never to go here again, DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Please check every part of your dog before you leave.

I run a dog training, walking and boarding business. I give Yvette dogs when clients expect perfection. I was there yesterday with 2 troubled moodles and she did an amazing job.Very organised business, reasonable prices and adequate time frames for drop off and pick up.My local groomers have let me down in the past and have harsh handled my pooches on pick up and drop off. My mobile groomers have been very disappointing and have just shaved/butchered my fur babies clients.When businesses network together i expect nothing but perfection as the feedback comes back to me directly.Pretty Paws pet grooming Salon is my go to for all my western suburbs jobs.

Very good quality grooming by professionals that really care for and show love and kindness to your dog. Have been coming here for years and am very satisfied.

My wife called today to make an appointment and found the person who answered the phone quite rude and abrupt. Not a good first impression. Lucky for us they are booked out and we found a friendlier alternative.

My little doggy friend is not so co-operative even for my husband and myself as we try to clip and wash him. Today we took him to see Yvette and he responded to her straight away. She told us that later he did decide occasionally that he had had enough of being washed and tried to escape but then calmed back down quickly. She managed to clip his nails without any trauma. I think he has found a new friend. Thanks Yvette, we will be returning customers. Great price and service.

Little Bronx has been groomed by Yvette for 8 years. He loves attending these appointments a d he always comes out looking fresh and carefully trimmed. Bronx gets a range of cuts depending on the weather and each time he looks so tidy. Yvette is very good at her job and is usually booked out a couple of weeks in advance, so you must be organised!I have read a few comments about some negative experiences; Yvette has always been warm and friendly even during immensely busy times. She works incredibly hard and I would never even worry about leaving my dog in her care.She was a great google find so many years ago, and we now travel four suburbs over to get to her.

Yvette is well equipped, very patient with our energetic Spoodle, and extremely professional.Our dog, who is unwilling to be groomed by anyone less than confident (including me and even some other professional dog groomers), loves his time at Pretty Paws and looks a million dollars when he gets back.
