This is the 3rd time I have personally used Urban Renewables and I must say they are just a cut above their competition. If you want peace of mind and a top-notch installation you can't go past these guys. I would recommend Urban Renewables to everyone. Thank you, Adrian and Joel.

Urban Renewables is a great choice if your looking for a quality solution installed professionally with excellent after sales communication.Quote was comprehensive and easy to understand. Equipment offered is better quality, answers to questions asked during the sales process was honest, straight forward, easy to understand and no pressure.Installation process was smooth, nothing left on site for me to throw away, the team cleaned the garage on completion, leaving it cleaner than when they arrived.Highly recommended for those who take their new Solar installation seriously.

Urban Renewables recently completed an Enphase microinverter and Hanwha Q-Cell install on my roof. Solid team, super nice, extremely considerate and neat, wiring and labelling standards on point, left the place just as neat as prior to the works starting. Handover process was great, well explained. This is what you want from an electrical contractor. Highly recommended.

Initially I was going with an online installer, I had a couple of questions that I needed answered that they couldn't answer.I called UR and Adrian answered my questions and I started to question why I was going with a faceless organisation. I cancelled my contract with the online company and went with UR.I am glad I did, everything was as I was told it was going to be.Adrian told me when he was going to arrive, He arrived before, the installation is absolutely 1st class. I watched Adrian deal with an issue with the roof. It was done properly, no I don't care attitude.They might be a few hundred dollars more expensive.But I know they are better than any saving you will get from the online storytellers.You will not find better than these guys.Btw I am writing this as they are doing the job. I am that confident of their workmanship.

I've had a couple of very bad experiences with incompetent and rude tradespeople doing work on my home recently, so spent the time to research and get a couple of quotes from companies that had very good reputations. I went with Urban Renewables after speaking with Adrian, and was extremely glad I did. His workers turned up on time, were friendly, professional and most importantly experts at what they did. I got up on the roof and looked at their work as well as checked on them a few times when they were doing some of the wiring. All of their work was neat, tidy and obviously performed by a crew (there were three of them) who took real pride in their workmanship. I spoke to them about this, and they said that they would rather take the time to get it right than do a poor job.I commented on the quality of the work to the independent inspector when he came and approved the installation. He said that Urban Renewables do excellent work, and that they were the company he would use if he was putting solar onto his roof. I thought that was a very high recommendation, as he inspects about 10 installations per day, which would expose him to a great number of solar companies in Melbourne.Thanks Adrian and the team at Urban Renewables, you made this a smooth enjoyable experience. :)

Cannot recommend Urban Renewables enough. From the initial quote to installation everything was seamless. Installers were fantastic, we have a very tricky roof but they happily worked around any issues. When they left, all mess was cleaned up and we wouldn't have known they were even here. Excellent job.

Adrian and Jol are true professionals. They made the entire process of installing our Solar panels effortless. Great communication from Adrian via emails in the lead up to the install. And on the day of install Jol was on time and did a great job. I highly recommend this business.

I have no hesitation in recommending Urban Renewables. I have previously installed solar using two other providers, and both were good, but UR are a step above. They were efficient, the work was high quality, the products (QCell panels and Enphase inverters) outstanding, and they understand the technology well beyond normal. A big thank-you to the team.
