Hats off to Mihai and the team from Mid North Coast Physio. After 6+ months of trying unsuccessfully to recover from a lower back injury, they were able to provide treatment and, more importantly, a program of exercises that has seen a greater improvement over the past four weeks compared to the previous 6 months.

Husband booked in at short notice with lower back pain. Jen, on reception, directed him to Daniel. He had been to see another physiotherapist at Coolangatta, last week , 2 visits, but still in pain. Danial worked on him for around 20 minutes. Came back feeling much better. Thanks Daniel

The team at Mid North Coast Physio have been fantastic in helping my wife get back to working regularly. Due to a knee injury that needs surgery she was having to change shifts and in some cases miss work due to pain & swelling. Now she is able to work consistently with minimal discomfort.
