Very helpful staff. I saw a pair of boots I liked in the shop window & they didn't have my size in stock. They ordered in my size & kept me up to date with when they would be available. They arrived in less than a week..the shop.in Maitland has some great styles. Very different brands from your average shopping centre shoe shop. I.will definitely be shopping here for my shoes in future

I rang Johnstons to enquire about wedding shoes and was greeted by a lass called Tracey she went as far as sending me photos of the shoes she recommended, and they were just what I was looking for .. next day I was off to buy my shoes and Tracey was just as helpful when I arrived .. thank you to all involved ... Great Service ....
