A few Asian Restaurants have taken over this shop over the last few years. Charm Thai is the best so far.Great Thai staff and friendly service. The noodles in the Chicken pad thai was a bit overdone but the flavours were there. There's an open kitchen, approx 5 tables that seats 4 people for dining in. No toilet access.

Westernised Thai food. I got the garlic pepper pork which was great, but was expecting it to be more peppery. my partner got the pad Thai which he reports was alright, pretty bland and that there was more flavour towards the bottom of the bowl compared to the top so maybe wasn't mixed well. For $10 a meal, it's not bad.

Surprised to see such a decent Thai restaurant in the suburbs. I would describe the food as Western influenced Thai food. The food is tasty but not too spicy. The venue is not very large with tables suitable for maximum 6 people. Also kept clean and well ventilated

Ordered 5 meals and when we got home we realised they have only given us 4. so we called them straight away to tell them that they didn't give us all the food we paid 4 and we asked them if they could deliver the remaining food . they said it would be there in half an hour, an hour and a half went by so we called them back and they said that the 6 minute drive to our house was 2 far for them to deliver. They had our number but didn't bother to tell us they weren't bringing the food.very average customer service.

We were in the area, and decided to get dinner. My husband chose this place, and we decided to dine in.The place is very clean and tidy. The service is outstanding. Attentive without being overbearing. Cute drinking cups, nice plates and cutlery. Open kitchen. They don't have a drinks menu, and serve table water as a standard. We had our water jug refreshed when we got half way through it without being asked.Ok, ok. The food. We had satay chicken as a starter. I could eat the satay as a meal itself - super tasty with a slight kick. For a main, I had Pad See Iw - sweet and bland. Made with fresh (but limited) veggies (carrots, chinese broccoli, white onion, spring onion) and egg...but a let down. No charring, and limited soy sauce. We have just moved from south of the river that is heavily malaysian and singaporean - so perhaps we're used to a different style.I'd definitely go again, but would partake in a different main.

That's probably the worst take out we ever had. Got pad Thai and a Tofu stir fry.It took over 90 min and we got a half full container of veggie stir fry. I would have happily paid more if that meant I was gonna get a meal out of it. The pad thai was a slob of noodles so over cooked they stayed in the container shape on the plate. Got a generous 3 pieces of chicken and a wedge of lemon. No sprouts, nothing only noodles and the chicken.

Ordered beef Panang Curry, beef Fresh Ginger and Chicken Pad See Iw with steamed rice. All delicious and would recommend ordering these dishes from Charm Thai Kitchen. The Panang Curry was mostly sauce and the Pad See Iw was all noodles, not much veg or meat. The Fresh Ginger was decent but as there was no meat or noodles, the container wasn't full.Delicious and would order again, however not so great value for money.

Good Thai food only if you want the Westernised Thai style, nothing too spicy but rather very sweet. Food was enjoyable at first but the more you dig in, the sweeter it gets so be ready to get some insulin spike with all the added sugar. The Pla Sam Rod was quite disappointing though. I was expecting a whole fish like other restaurants but it appeared to be just fried fish fillets (no head, tail, bone, etc) in just plain sweet & sourtasting sauce. Pad Cha was the least favouriteas the combination of flavour & spices didn'treally go well together. Red curry was tastybut a bit towards the sweet side which was abit of a let down. Nevertheless, all ingredientswere of fresh quality. Delivery was on theearlier side of the estimated delivery time.
