Wilson Parking - South Wharf Retail, Southbank Melbourne, VIC Car Park

Convenient but a bit expensive, even with the discount ticket available from the stores in dfo, $24 reduced from $48 for about 3hrs. We got some good bargains inside so this time it was worth it.

Easy to get to. Plenty of car spaces. Friendly staff directing traffic

INCREDIBLY EXPENSIVE, CHAOTIC AND SLOWIf you are thinking of a shopping or eating visit to South Wharf avoid driving and having to park in this carpark!It is super expensive - we paid $24 on a Saturday afternoon when we ate a quick lunch and bought some clothing - and there is no discount on the parking fee for purchases made in the stores. It is absolutely chaotic to drive into and out from. Not sure why they designed it this way but the incoming and outgoing vehicles use the same driveway so, at every turn, there is a jam because the driveway isn't wide enough. This leads to long delays and driver frustration.The entry / exit has a pedestrian crossing running directly across it but is isn't at all obvious to drivers so be very alert to pedestrians around you.Good aspect is the on-roof lighting that indicates where free car spots are. There are also spots reserved for people with mobility issues.The car park has several levels and the zones are fairly well signposted (eg level 2 D). There are lifts and above ground bridge connections to the shopping complex.Expect a long wait departing on the Montague St exit as this is a very busy intersection with very little preference allocated to the car park exit.My advice - ditch the car and instead catch a train to Southern Cross Station and walk over to South Wharf. Far less stressful, cheaper and better for the environment :)

$48 for parking for 4 hours on a Saturday night!!!My main meal and a beer wasn't that expensive!!!There has to be a cheaper place to parking at South Warfe!Avoid!!

Great parking experience at a nominal fee. Did online booking and followed the instructions that were received.Reading other reviews where people found it frustrating is probably they did not selected the correct option while entering the parking at the machine. If you book online then do not take a new parking ticket at the machine. Instead, just tap your card with which you booked online. That simple!

Great car park the only problem is if you have somebody with a disability it's very hard to get up the stairs and there's no lift in the bottom car park

Crazy expensive! The $13 evening flat rate after 6pm is workable but if you happen to get there at say 5.30pm & stay for a few hrs the fee goes to the daily rate of $48. Zero stars for value!

Look, it's not a bad place to park. It's pretty good pricing for things around the area, especially when there are events going on at Marvel Stadium

Well, who would have known that this is NOT the parking station for the Convention & Exhibition Centre? It's the South Park station, and if you think you're there, you're not. Check the names and places of where you want to go, and check three times before you book. Now to try for a refund..
