Very impressed with this reputable plumbing firm. Very efficiently communicated the estimated arrival and the plumber arrived exactly as planned. The repair was handled efficiently and complete in 30 minutes. What is even better is an invoice was forwarded immediately to my email address and we were able to pay by bank transfer instead of using these rip-off payment channels other services use that force customers to pay old fashioned and ridiculous card fee surcharges which I can tell you we have first hand experience where our debit card gets charged card fees for settlement. Thoroughly recommend this firm for professional work at affordable prices and for allowing us to settle the invoice without ripping us off like other suppliers (including government departments) with credit card fees - well done NPD Plumbing !!

Extremely happy with the service. I rang NPD Plumbing just before 7AM to which they very kindly left their base early to fit me in for a last minute booking. They arrived within half an hour and had fixed the issue within a short 10 minutes. Very friendly and extremely helpful.

Great experience with NPD. I required a new rain water tank for my house and NPD were very efficient and quick with getting back to me with regards to the job.
