Lovely place to keep your furry family members when you can't be there for them

I have boarded my 2 Springer Spaniels with Kismet regularly for 3 years now. My dogs absolutely love staying there, they practically drag me though the gate! I have always found my dogs to be happy and healthy when I have picked them up. They are roaming free and socialising with other dogs thoughout their stay and safely tucked away at night. Kismet is always very accomodating and if she has room then Tania has let me board my dogs literally at the last minute due to family emergencies etc.. I had struggled to find a kennel that I was happy with, and after viewing about 12 others I settled with Kismet and I have always been very pleased that I did. I Cant recommend Kismet highly enough!

I had my cat there for approximately 16 nights over the New Year break 2014. I was told to leave the animal carrier there and in case of fire they could use it to evacuate the cats. When I went to pick her up, they had lost my brand new animal carrier. After an extensive search the girl said she would get someone to ring me. I had to ring back a week later after not hearing anything from them. The lady said all the cats had gone home and there is one carrier left so it must be mine. After describing the color and size I informed her it wasn't mine and I wanted mine, or a refund to replace it. She just wanted to keep arguing the point that it must be mine because it was the only one left. She said I signed a waiver that any lost toys would not be replaced. I said that this is not a toy!!! Is she serious?? I will not be using Kismet ever again. Even dropping my cat off there I didn't have a good feeling. I wish I had of listened to that.
