Cheesecakes were alot better before.They have changed.And the citron cheesecake is horrible.I'd give it 0 starsThe old Lemon one they had was the best.

Ordered cake for my son's 5th birthday in advance. Cake was pathetic and not fresh et all. Imagine all kiddos in the party that there is ice in the cake. I believe we were give old frozen stale crop. Don't buy from here, try Stanhope.or somewhere else.

Stay away!!The sold me a cake and the cream on top was rancid then refused a refund.Another business ran not the ground by poor management.

Your whole website needs taking down and redoing. Why are you offering quarter cakes, accepting orders and payment, and then refusing to give it to me once I get in store because “we don’t sell quarters of those” it’s on the website!! That’s false advertising! But judging by the mould others have found in their cakes I must be lucky you refused.

Bought two quarter cuts from this store today 20/11/22 to get home and find one had mould growing on it. The cake had a best before date of the 27/11/22.When I called the store to suggest they check their other stock for mould, the girl that I spoke with sounded disbelieving and insisted it wasn't possible because all our cakes are baked fresh here" She asked for the batch date and further insisted "it's not possible because that cake was made yesterday"I tried to let her know I wasn't angry or looking for compensation and that I just wanted to let her know that there may be other slices from the same cake with mould as well but she very dismissively said it wasn't possible and responded to me like I was delusional before ending the conversation.A really poor response to quality control feedback."

Price of cheesecake in store was different to what was charged when I went to the register. At fist I thought it was a surcharge, so I pointed this out to the employee, but they advised that headoffice had changed this and it hadn't been updated instore. It's surpising that they couldnt honor the price that was being advertised and they were quite adamant and rude about it. I just wanted to warn other customers so they don't go through the same experience I did, not going to visit this store again.
