Came here quite late at night on a Sunday night. It was great that it was still open at that time! There were a lot of flavours to choose from and I really appreciate how there are flavours for people with dietary requirements, even though I don’t require them (like vegan ice creams).The service was super fast and they were quite generous with their servings! I think one scoop was $5.50 (if you got a normal cone).I got the Coco nut and cream flavour. It was actually really good - not overly sweet :)

I came to have just an ice cream (caramel turtle truffle, my favourite flavour) and the staff at the counter were so lovely, I could’ve had a full blown conversation if I hadn’t been in a rush to get to work, thankfully, the staff worked diligently and got me my ice cream (topped with cookie dough) quickly enough to get to work 20 minutes early, my boss was so pleased, and I even gift my coworkers take home packs (which they love). I have been waiting for this place to open for a while and it was definitely worth the wait. Today was my third consecutive day to get a fix for my cravings. Great range of flavours and not to mention the freshly made waffle smell *sigh*.The staff is super polite and helpful. One can see them working hard and while there may be few teething issues but that’s expected out of any new business.Best of luck BR Hornsby team. :)

Loved our experience at Baskin robins hornsby westfield.We were served by Sarah. What a lovely employee. Amazing customer service. She was so patient with my kids and served in a friendly manner all while maintaining smile..Such an amazing experience.. Thank you Sarah..

My favorite Ice cream brand since I was a kid. This shop has very friendly staff. We have ordered all sorts of ice cream and cake from them during different occasions and we keep coming back.

Yeh so the negative reviews are full of Karens and Incels honestly, look if you are having a good date, go here afterwards for some yummy awesome ice cream. Its also great for delivery.

Latest ReviewI visited the store just recently and staff were attentive and provided quick service this time around even though they had multiple people to serve. Same number of staff but I had the sense that they were multi-tasking better compared to my previous visit. I really enjoy Baskin Robins and the flavours are great. Recommend coming here when you visit Hornsby.Old Review - Please IgnoreI enjoy ice cream and Baskin Robin flavours are very good. However service is extremely poor at Hornsby. I have been to the shop twice. The first time with my kids and the second time on my own. It took 20mins to get served the first time with my kids as staff were busy I think making ice cream cakes. The second time they were serving another customer and after 10mins of trying to make only one order, I decided the wait wasn’t worth the wait and walked off to yoguberry across the way.

Just another Baskin Robbins. Overpriced ice cream in a convenient location and minimal service, the menu wasn't clear and didn't realise getting cone would cost an extra dollar.

Came here for a quick dessert fix and I can say I’m satisfied with what I got. The server was polite and was helpful in explaining the menu. Got her recommendation for what to add into my ‘ultimate’ dessert and was happy with it. May come back to just try the other ice cream flavours.
