Our apartment was very noisy from one of busiest streets below and room had mold problems.Manager wasn’t happy when we pointed out as she was having flooding problems that morning. Later on she offered us different apartment. Unfortunately we could here people next room as this apartment was interconnecting two room apartment sectioned off. Assisting male manager and reception lady was very understanding and sympathetic.We stayed 7 days. Because we paid in advance we couldn’t get out of it.

The gardens are a disgrace - I’m amazed the council haven’t complained, Hastings Park is bring the whole of Noosa down - how hard is it to hire a gardener?! I’ve stayed in a lot of places and never seen anything like it. Won’t be staying here again until they’re sorted!

Tried to book a long weekend and sent an online booking request. No response after 36 hrs so called. Finally got a hold of someone (who hadn't made to the office yet" : it was after 10am) but there is availability that weekend and she would email me the booking info. After 3 follow up calls and leaving messages

Great location - we stayed in unit 9. Next to the communal pool. Units are a strange layout over multiple levels so not wheelchair friendly. Inclinations has worked so far, but access to the apartment would be via many, many stairs if it broke down. Super convenient in Hastings streets, and if you are higher up, fantastic views - note that lower apartment likely have views blocked by trees.
