Overpriced compared to other shops I don’t really care what’s written on the sidewall I just wanted cheap tyres and they weren’t here.

I have been using this business for years and have been very happy with the service and work done on my vehicle. I dropped my car off at 0830 (booked in time) for a service and rego check and also reported to staff within 3 minutes via a phone call that my driving light bar was not working. When checking if my car was ready to pickup at the arranged time I was told there was a delay as it took 1 hour to fix the driving light. I commented that I probably should have dropped it at the auto electrician and was told it would take the same amount of time if he did it. On pickup they had replaced a globe in the bull bar light and not fixed the driving bar light (I was told this would be required for registration). Querying this, I was told they would have to check the wiring of the bar light and that is all extra time. I skipped around to an auto electrician, he fixed it within 7 minutes. He estimated a time to change a globe in the bullbar light to be 20 mins max. He did not charge me for his time (god love him).There was no communication regarding a battery change. I have had no trouble at all with it. I was told the computer test advised to change the battery.Oh, and being told to move my car from in front of the empty mechanic bays and park it out on the road first thing this morning on drop off didn’t go down well either.Shame the company has no courtesy car available ATM (I was told it has been out for 2 months).It is not very often I leave reviews about service, unfortunately todays service has been disappointing.

Never ever againEdit in responce to the owners reply ...I did call you , I did return the car to have the wheel aglinement redone and wheels rebalanced, You dont get 3 attemps at my car .....I'm still not happy with its steering after driving it home 25 klmsI am taking it to get done again else where as I wont be using you guys ever again. If need be I shall come instore nxt week with my results from my next wheel aglinement elsewhere.And you can refund me for that ....Sean Ford Ranger

Great customer service sorting out tyres, sourced the tyres I wanted at a good price and then fitted and carried out a proper full wheel alignment car drives fantastic thanks guys
