Everyone’s understaffed!Those people rating soo low are just looking entitled now.When last did they go to work and your place of work was understaffed and yet you STILL have to give your best AND smile and Serve COMPLAINERS??Get out of bed at 5 am with an excellent Attitude to serve EVERYBODY in your weekday and then smile when you meet a grouch like yourself…Soo!The service hasn’t always been the same and lovely, but you Know When that happens?I look around the floor and see HOW MANY staff are working!I have NEVER See Any staff lLeaning on the counter Chewing gum, blowing bubbles and hiding from customers (I give them permission to Avoid the Entitled like you low raters…)Jump online and fill one of the vacancies to be helpful, I guarantee your entitlement Status and Reviewing will End with either Silence or a smile.This is a first world problem and a beautiful thing to have just down the road from All of us,SOOO Low rating and UnAppreciative entitled, mo minority, ZIPI IT!Obviously you have Little to Contribute EXCEPT to Highlight HARDWORKING peoples’ Flaws. Soo I’ll Say it!Go look in the mirror!Apply online!& Find SOMETHING Nice to SAY that elevates these Highly Skilled Workers.ISN’T THIS WHY YOU USE THEIR SERVICE?B c you’re cheap, and LUDDITES LIKE ME!??ZIP IT NOW!

I purchased a faulty charger for my MacBook Pro $120. At home it would not work so back it goes for a refund. The staff member made it so difficult to do this with a long wait time and gathering of my personal details D/L mobile number etc. I will never go back to office works and would recommend others to go direct to the Apple Store for any Apple products.

I had a positive experience at Officeworks Fremantle all thanks to Bailey's exceptional customer service. He helped me find the perfect printer and impressed me with his knowledge and friendly demeanor. Bailey also went above and beyond in assisting other customers. I highly recommend Bailey for his outstanding service and expertise. Officeworks is lucky to have him on their team.

Terrible service. Avoid the print shop and go somewhere else. Unhelpful and rude. I went through print and collect online and then got a notification via text it wouldn't be printed for 4 days. There was no advice on this during the upload process. I rang the Fremantle store to help sort and they transferred me to the incorrect phone number. I rang back and was put on hold indefinitely. I've reported to the ACCC.

Good place except their Website said they had a particular product that I could click and collect but they didn't have it when I got there.

Why are the self serve machines mandatory? Terrible policy, just to eat your money with cards that you will forget and need to refill/ get another one… the girl on counter has refused to print on the counter…

Consistently miserable and unhelpul staff nationwide. This is a top down approach at cost saving and “don’t care a less as we have a monopoly “. This is what happens when we allow officeworks to run a 90% monopoly over retail office supplies. Calling a bracch during hours and you won’t be able to make any enquires as no one is there to pick uo the phone, just a recorded message saying exactly that. Officeworks also fail to stock any A4 recycled paper (O’Connor WA branch) Totally an irresponsible company. Definitely will look for the remaining 10% of retail office supplies and use them from now on. I give them 1 star as at l ast they are good with returns but honestly Officeworks- LIFT YOUR GAME
