Drummond Golf Woolloongabba

As a regular to the store, I visited the store last week and was not chuffed with the new layout of the store. I found it difficult to navigate through the store and not impressed with the way it was rearranged. Irons location as well as wedges were scattered all over the floor as suppose to the previous layout where everything was organised and easy to navigate through. The entrance was blocked by golf bags and other equipments. This could be a potential workplace trip hazard. TheGolf bags could be placed on the floor so that customers aren’t reaching out above their heads and could give them a better look at the items. Happy with the accessories location - - easily accessible and looked good. Slight rearrangement and organisation would solve the issue. Great staff as always and service is impeccable.

Jackson is an exceptional consultant and certainly goes above and beyond. A very honest, professional and knowledgeable consultant who provides you with options and caters to your needs and budget. Jackson is an absolute pleasure to deal with and we will certainly be coming back for any golf purchases in the future. Jackson even built the buggie we purchased in store for us so we didn’t have to. Would highly recommend!

Have had difficulty in other Drummond Golf stores, where staff ignore me" as I am a female. Unfortunately

I have been going to this store for 2 years now, the new store was great, helpful, ticked all the boxes. But unfortunately now the store is always understaffed and you can rarely get a staff member to help with their additional services (re-gripping).Best to shop around

As a regular to the store, I visited the store yesterday and was not impressed with the layout of the store as I went to the drivers and then wanted to check out irons and had to go across to the other side of the store to check out the irons and wedges? Did not make sense to me. Looking at putters, I had to walk the maze to the putters as the entrance was blocked with racks and had to navigate around them. The accessories were easy accessible and looked good. It felt very cluttered with racks positioned on the floor in a way that you constantly had to run the maze. Not a great experience.

The best staff and service of any golf shop in the Brissy area. Was fitted for new clubs by Jackson, an excellent experience, not pushy at all, great service all around. No need to go anywhere else.

Wandered in tonight to have a look at the Sim (first time) and got a full tour by Justin.Then onto a few hits which turned into some deep conversation about gapping wedges and even a trial of some new drivers on the Sim.Walked out an hour later with a couple of blisters and a renewed urge to fill the gaps.Will be coming back for a proper fitting when I am in town next…Thank you, Justin! All golfers are good people.

Fantastic! Jackson was extremely friendly and helpful. Took the time to work with me to ensure I left with a product I was happy with. Genuinely love my new clubs!!

I went in today to buy my husband a set of golf clubs and all the accessories needed foe his BDay. Jackson the sales person was awesome, had great advice and made our shopping experience great. Walked out with everything my husband could need. Defiantly recommend this store and Jackson
