The team were friendly and made an effort to work fast but...Not enough care was taken with my items, things were dropped and damaged. Bands were not placed around drawers and cupboards resulting in damage.The owner/driver is rude, complains constantly, talks constantly and when shown damage by his workers first denied it and then when realised he couldn't deny it he proceeded to get angry, threatened to drop my things back at the pick up address and said my items were of low value (they are not) so I was being picky to complain about the damage. He witnessed his worker damage my tallboy and made excuses but no apology. He stood inside the back of the truck slowly folding blankets in the way of his workers who were attempting to unload the truck while he explained that he was saving them time.The team also wasted far too much time trying to play Tetris at the back of the truck for an hour even though they knew they would have a near empty truck on the second trip.I was charged half an hour for the trip from the depot to my house even though it is 15 minutes away. It cost me 4 hours at 140 per hour for them to move a 3br unit 3km away with all boxes packed, furniture disassembled and 3 of us helping to load and unload the truck. I was told it would take an extra hour to finish the job. I cut them off at 4 hours. This will add a day to my moving schedule.I would not recommend this company for removals.I will add to this review if I experience any repercussions from this review by the owner.

Service was spot on use them again if needed.

If the same care is taken with the goods they are transporting, as was afforded the tree out of the front of my house, user beware. The ignorance shown afterwards was unbelievable. I'm glad I'm not the customer!
