DO NOT RECOMMEND!Dr power-connon was incredibly dismissive cold and unhelpful in my second appointment with her.I was trying to explain that I’m not enjoying the side effects of the medication she recommended and she told me that I can’t be experiencing these side effects because she’s never had a patient experience them.When I told her that I have tried this medication before and I experienced brain zaps if I missed a day and when I was finally trying to come off them, she insisted that it’s impossible because she’s never heard of it happening with this medication.When I asked for a recommendation on a different medication I was told I would need to go elsewhere as it’s the only medication she prescribes.A quick internet search shows that thousands of people have experienced these side effects and withdrawal effects, and they are well noted in the literature.She was incredibly unhelpful, rude, dismissive, cold and self righteous, and is DEFINITELY not someone should be in charge of anyones mental health.

I have had poor experiences with one of the psychologists, the practice manager and the director being insensitive and completely uninformed about LGBTI issues.They have insisted upon calling me by a name that is no longer my own in correspondence with me despite it no longer being my legal name. Medicare was still under my former name, and so I had absolutely no issue with them needing to use that name when dealing with Medicare, but that is no excuse to be disrespectful to me in email and phone calls.On the positive side, several receptionists and another counselor/GP were lovely, sympathetic and understanding.If you are a member of any marginalised group, stay away. The higher ups will not have your back.

Really amazing customer service and very profession! Jade, Dr Sorungbe's assistant is so kind and understanding and always makes sure to email/call me for reminders and any follow ups necessary. Dr Sorungbe is also very kind, gentle and lovely. I also appreciate the telehealth service as it makes it so much more accessible to people all over Australia. Highly recommend :)

ITS A SCAM!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! Took money out of my account multiple times, and the psychologist" I did speak to for less than 10 minutes before the call dropped. Called the number and got transferred to an overseas call centre where no one was available to talk to me about a refund.Just do the wait for a psychologist guys its not worth it <3"

Could not be more grateful to the staff and team at Positive Mind Works. Mental Health is complicated and it can be a processes to find the right diagnosis and treatment and I think a lot of people don’t recognise how different every persons mind/brain are therefor it can have its complications because one diagnosis, therapy or medication may work for one but may not work for another.I have struggled for years and finally have some answers and a positive plan to move forward with life and that is all thanks to this amazing service!
