Very impressed. I'm totally confident this was a better outcome for me than purchasing an inverter and wiring from any popular retail outlet.The difference is that Offroad Living is managed by owner operators not employees of a ASX listed group. Purchased 2x red/white dual led strips for canopy doors - Very high quality and good copper wire used. Good mounting holes and options too. I would recommend.

When I was asked to install 240 volt power by the committee of our community garden I was somewhat hesitant. I feared if the project went pear shaped I would be being responsible to sort it.So having worked for family owned businesses both retail and wholesale in the marine and RV industries I knew what I wanted.I also knew the attitude of family owned business which specialized in specific products and not a Chinese warehouse based in Australia selling everything from 'hair nets to socket sets.'So I searched for such family owned business entities knowing I had a place to go to with anything 'pear shaped' in order to resolve issues. The reputation of family owned companies is valuable, it takes years to build and minutes to destroy.So I chose Offroad Living by first asking an online question.I received a response expeditiously. So far so good.i then sought confirmation that the product would do what we wanted to run a water pump for a rainwater tank.Once again a prompt reply.I then requested if it would be possible to extend the the remote control cable from 6 to 10 meters for the 4000 Watt PSW inverter. Not only was it possible, but they offered to do it for me FOC.I then decided to buy the inverter and the associated 200 amp DC circuit breaker.The unit arrived in good time with the extended cable and the only issue was the incorrect supply of the surface mount instead of flush mount circuit breaker.The correct one was immediately sent upon notification of the error and arrived in Adelaide within 48 hours.All is now being installed and the inverter is working to enable use of power tools to complete the panel mounting of the remote control and Circuit Breaker.Buying from companies that don't specialize in the equipment they sell' can't assist technically with any problems. They only have you doing things they themselves don't understand to waste time with warranty claims.So too, large companies that do specialize but employ unqualified people to man franchises and retail outlets whereby you are confronted with corporate officialdom and paperwork relating warranty claims.I feel confidant of after sales service from Andrew Baxter and his team at Offroad Living, which was my main worry.Frank Leyvraz

They are very quick to respond to questions with specific details, including ways in which their products will not work. Prompt delivery - been using an inverter for a year. Hope their solar panels are as good and reliable.
