Very dissapointed with the products they sold to us.After their team gave us a sales pitch about how good their products were compared to others, and how there is a store guarantee and a return policy on the products if we were not satisfied.Only to have the product fail almost straight away (same or worse quality than other cheap eBay specials, but sold at a highly inflated price)., and when we returned to the store to talk to them about it, the team did not want to deal with us, even when we had a receipt of sale..Buy your phone products and accessories from other places, it will save you time, money & frustration.

I went to get a new screen for my Pixel 5, from the outset had issues with the phone speaker no longer working, this somehow resolved itself but now I have these LED" lines showing up on my screen and seem to gain another one every fortnight. The screen is loose on the edge and allows dust to get into the back. Would not recommend this repair store."

I had great customer service experience at the store on the 1st floor at TTP today. The staff there are informative and very helpful, especially Oska, he went above and beyond with expertise putting a phone protector on my phone perfectly. And another staff was very helpful too, (I didn’t get his name) he put extra effects and went to their other shop downstair to help me to see the other phone cases for me. Reasonable price and excellent customer service. I am one very much happy customer!

Always keep receipt and make sure to have in writing what you are quoted/agreed to pay for!! Enquired about back screen replacement, was quoted $180 at a different place but this place was able to do a deal for $239 + glass screen protector included and only 2 day repair. Happy with the result but upon pick up, the gentlemen claimed he ‘doesn’t remember’ about the agreement with the screen protector. I would of not come here if he didn’t agree to the deal… in the end his colleague agreed to just do it for me anyways as I was pretty unhappy. Overall I’m happy with the quality just wish service was more honest!

I have my Samsung phone repaired there in 1 hour. Good service with a good price. 100% recommend.
