Leimac Building Pty Ltd
Terrible company. They will rip you off at any opportunity they get. Our Build came in massively over priced from what was agreed on originally and Part of the building collapsed a month after we moved in. The plumbing has been installed by an absolute cowboy and doesn't conform to Australian standards. There are a lot better companies to choose from in the area.

Not unhappy at completion of our ancillary flat. Overall presentation & finish was pretty slick. Just a bit disappointed that only 3 years down the track we had to re-bed the HWS as it was not bedded correctly when installed & had to regrout the shower stall. 3 year life on shower stall grout is a bit tardy IMO. Presumably faulty or inferior grout used?

Gavin and his team renovated an old dairy shed and converted it into a fantastic studio. Gavin checked in regularly and was easy to contact by phone for immediate answers to questions. The quality of the finished work was high, and works came in on budget.
