Amazing service as always. We used Local Plumbing for our landlords so it was only fitting to reach out to them. I had Aiden attend to service my heating unit who was super patient with going through the unit with me as well as providing a great service. Great customer service through their administrator Kayla as well. Happy and warm now. Will always highly recommend their services.

Update: Real Estate again used this company for a plumbing issue. got a text saying 10 minutes away and then a complete no show. Called and spoke with a Jordy" who insisted he was now on his way and would be about 20 minutes - still a no show. Some of the worst customer service you will ever see.Real Estate agent used this company to conduct electrical and gas checks and to repair / replace faulty lights. For the most part ok

Would highly recommend Local Plumbing Group! We had Brayden help us with an emergency power outage due to a water leak, and he was able to resolve the issue extremely quickly and with ease. He was super easy to talk to and was thorough with his explanations, we were extremely grateful as it was a late Friday night emergency and he really came through for us!

The team that organised the booking we super easy to deal with and very pleasant. The young gentleman that attended to do the work was amazing. He was polite, explained the whole process and got the job done quicker than was expected and am extremely happy with the outcome. Couldn't recommend the team more if I tried.

**edit**Issue got resolved after I had HR contact me to resolve the issue. They made the experience much better and maintained contact to facilitate this which improved my experience. She was incredible.End edit**Would give them less if I could - for an issue that's been ongoing since September and a house that was vacant for three months in that time as well, the issue is still not resolved and heaven forbid they maintain any level of contact or call you back when they say they will with an update. How they run a business I don't know.I will be sure to let everyone I know looking for plumbing services not to go through here in any way I can.

I had Daniel attended my property from Local Plumbing Group, He attended to help figure out an issue that was occurring with my hot water service. Not only was his customer service, punctuality and knowledge base outstanding he was able to diagnose and fix my hot water service with extreme efficacy. Thank you Daniel for your professionalism, kindness and helpfulness. If I ever have any other issues I will always make sure to go to Local Plumbing Group just so I can request Daniel again.

Terrible communication. Use a act first ask permission later, then deny and make excuses method. Then add things to the invoice that they didn't quote.

The LPG guys were amazing! Had two split systems installed at home and they made the whole process a joy. Timely and professional, highly recommended.
