Service Heroes
We had an urgent plumbing issue. Service Heroes came out to quote the same day, and fixed the problem the following day. All that came to the house were courteous, respectful, and asked if we needed anything extra while they were onsite. The 3 star rating is due to some issues we had post receiving the quote before the work was started, which the company worked hard to resolve. If you find their quote to be competitive, then you'll probably rate their service 5 star.

A broken sewer pipe is not a fun issue to deal with but at the very least I didn't have to wonder if the contractors I went with were good or not. They did an excellent job and did it quickly. Everything was brought up to the original state and my plumbing is once again usable! Would definitely recommend Service Heroes to everyone!

Thanks, Robert and Michael for your excellent work. I appreciate everything you've done. My stormwater pipe had a serious blockage. They quickly identified damages at three locations in my lawn. It's a big job. They explained the repair process and were willing to answer all my questions. Robert did an extra job for me at no extra charge. Michael was working non-stop. He even helped me clean the garage door when payment was sorted out. Both of them are very nice, friendly, courteous and professional. They truely are service heroes. Thanks again.

Asked if they had someone who could install a zip tap system. Would have preferred for them to just tell me no. Paid excessively for a plumber to come and leave me with a half finished job. Emailed my concerns and didn't receive a response. Just received an unsolicited marketing text from them and was reminded why i've had no hot water in my kitchen for almost a year now.

Contacted this company for quotation, arrived promptly but never followed up on questions and quoted me a price that is $200 to $300 more than other plumbers. Considering Bunnings charge $275 for toilet replacement, why should they charge $600+?

Updating review:Sam called to resolve the issue (as this happened due to one dodgy worker who only started working recently)Giving 5 starts for that.Got quote for just under $1000 !!! to replace toilet cistern outlet valve.How can you justify quote price when replacement part costs $48 from showroom?
