I had a 40 month warranty in my cars battery and there is something went wrong and I went there meet George and he change my battery without any enquire nice service and very professional thanks landau automotive highly recommend

I've been having my car serviced and repaired here, as well as having other work done, for around 7 years (at the time of writing this review). My experience of the business over that time has been that they:1. Provide accurate quotes that don't involve last-minute 'cost blow-outs';2. Offer competitive or better-than competitive pricing;3. Are honest in their assessment of what work needs to be done and in what time frame;4. Give excellent advice;5. I always got my RAV4 2007 Cruiser serviced at the Dealership, Sydney City Waterloo, but the last few services left me looking for a reliable centre. Searched up and found George and his team at Landau Automotive.To be honest, i have always seen the NSW Police Force out in full force lined up outside so George must be doing something right for the NSW Police Force to be lining up.I went to him initially for a Pink Slip in April and discussed at length about some of the suspension issues i was having. Promised to book in for a service when due.Went to him a couple of days ago and to be honest, this is one of the best services i have seen, i could not hear my car purr standing right next to it!Recommended 100%

Proffessional and excellent customer service.! While I visited their office I overheard them advising their client of priority repairs and a report of non essential repairs which would need to be addressed in the future. Seems like they really care about their customers and your treated like family.
