My experience with this company and sub-contractors could best be described as rude, unprofessional and lacking in attention to detail. The end result is nothing short of disappointing at best. To name a few of the issues - our pool gate doesn't automatically close, tiles have fallen off, surround tiles are cracked, plumbing was installed uphill which leaks continually, the house was damaged in two separate places during fence install, the tile edge around the seat in the pool was left so sharp that it's already cut the leg of a young boy...When I've raised these issues, an apathetic, half hearted attempt was made to fix a couple of them and then full payment was demanded. This was obviously not forthcoming but instead a reply advising the builder that payment would happily be made when issues resolved. Rather than simply fixing the issues, the builder decided to lodge a QCAT claim which is being vigorously defended and counter claims being made. Would've been easier to just rectify the issues properly imo. I have also offered a generous settlement amount with a small retention to hire someone else to fix these issues, which has not been accepted.

Words cannot express our thanks to Luke and his team. Have worked with him on 2 separate pool builds and both times he was amazing to deal with. His service is exceptional and he is just a really genuine guy who runs a decent business. Cannot recommend Advantage Pools enough!

Luke Rowan is one of the best pool builders in Brisbane if not Australia.His attention to detail throughout the entire process is second to none.He has built my pool plus 5 family and friends pools and we have all shared the same experience.If you need a pool - look no further!!!
