Ingleburn Sand & Soil

Horrible service . Their truck dug massive holes in our backyard , broke pipes and basically ruined the level of over 1000m of grass while trying to tow it out. They take no responsibility even though they should have known not to drive in that far. Service was horrible and on the defensive. Do not use , very unpleasant experience.

Reasonable price, quick delivery.

Were able to complete a concrete job same day. Quality service and very helpful. Couldn't fault the service provided.

Call this morning to find the price of soil and delivery, the lady on the phone is not interest at all. If u don’t like the job should not be working , at least talk nicely make people to buy in to the business. Business will be better if u take advice

Quoted on phone $60 per sq meter.. Changed price at yard to $80. Loaded a 5 x 4 box trailer level to top still bare floor both ends of trailer and said it's a sq meter. Ripped off big time both cash and product. Never again .

See Fay Almo response. Same occurrence to myself and they did not turn up for the scheduled delivery, then refused to deliver or pay the refund. I recall I delt with Elain who was no better than the lowest of low in terms of customer service. The costs to me in additional labour, holding up other services, finding other suppliers at short notice were astronomical.DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE SCAMMERS!

Absolutely rude and unprofessionalBooked a delivery at 9am.Truck didn't show. They did not call to advise me of delay. So numerous calls were made to them to see how long driver needed. And they kept saying his 20 mins away. 11.30am and truck still not here. Then the owner says within the hour. Then proceeds to get angry at me for calling to much that she decided to cancel our order. So now I'm left trying to find somone while the workes have been waiting onsite since 8.30am. And this is the owner that I'm.dealing with. What a great way to treat customers. Especially whwn its an error on your part No genuine apology or concern that they've stuffed us aroundNo wonder you only have a 3 star rating.Lucky I found somone more professional to deliver within 40 mins. Who were actually cheaper also.

I was looking forward to working with Ingleburn Sand & Soil and Superior Minimix but the experience was derogatory, to say the least. I found out I wasn't being paid for the first day of work I did, even though I was told to bring my bank details, (they never took them off me. They wanted free labour I suppose).One of the very rude office ladies yelled at me and swore at me for being on my phone despite 1. Being early and 2. Being told to wait for drivers to arrive to start the work and that there was nothing to do.I also observed extremely racist comments from one of the workers.The work was very segregated and I was advised by one of the workers to be careful about another worker who was sometimes angry for no reason and to not get on his bad side.When I decided to part ways saying that this wasn't going to work out. I was rudely dismissed. The only good thing that came out of it were two drivers, Matt and Michael I believe their names were. They were very nice and allowed me to learn what I could so kudos to you two.Upon reading all these reviews, to the office lady, Elaine who was extremely rude, there are nicer ways to treat your employees. If you don't like your job- don't do it!- Not a customer but what was a potential worker!

Got my soil delivered on time, every time. I love the quality and this time the driver was so bloody good he got it in the gate no issues! Loved it. The delivery charge for ingleburn needs to be lower however as $50 for less then 2km is a little expensive when the soil is already sold at a premium. Have purchased over 50 tons of soil from these guys over the years very nice family business.

Supplied my landscaper with top soil" only to discover that they supplied underlay full of small rocks. The landscaper and Ingleburn sand and soil said it was definitely top soil. I was able to retrieve the invoice and it clearly states underlay material. I now have rocks all over my 10 week old turf. Now miraculously there is a second invoice that states top soil and neither businesses want to fix the issue. When I told the lady on the phone I was going to fair trading to report the invoice doctoring she yelled at me and told me never to call again or I would be up for harrassment. Nice going Ingleburn sand and soil."
