First time I see people working whitout a hat or net. You can feel this in cleaning and food - No salt, raw cheese, recipe not followed, kitchen floor dirty, staff not washing hands after been outside...Food and safety rules clearly not respected.

I was charged $101.55 for a medium quarter pounder meal. When I contacted McDonalds to question this I was told that without a Receipt nothing could be done. Who keeps McDonalds receipts???

Ordered the family favourites box. Came with burgers, nuggets and no fries. It's not hard to check an order team. Happens so regularly here that it feels deliberate.

Last week My girlfriend and I went through the drive thru for some hash browns and double bacon egg muffins, we received single bacon egg McMuffins and were disappointed but didn’t have the time to drive back through- however when we just drove through today ordering the exact same thing once again we were given single muffins when we had paid for double muffins. so we drive back through explaining this, and they gave us ANOTHER single McMuffin? The screen showed we did infact order correctly, so I’m just hoping that the staff can be properly trained and aware of how to read a grill slip and give people the right thing to avoid this happening againThankyou, from a concerned former employee of 5 years at heatherbrae McDonald’s

Would have been 5stars had menulog sent the full order to the store, how they show a photo of a meal with nugs and the store never gets told about the nugs is beyond me, but props to manager Jake for fixing the issue without having to fight menulog, thanks again Jake!
