I have to agree with the vast majority of people on here.Having recently spent time in hospital I was angry at the standard of this television service. It's outdated. You need to upgrade to a standard that resembles something from the 21st century and not frustrate many of the patients that are in hospitals.

This company is absolutely appalling! They don’t even deserve the one star. They are so overpriced, their service doesn’t even function properly, and the tvs are faulty.In my case, the tv has been faulty for a week. I’ve contacted them daily, the customer service officers assured that it was a priority that a technician will come out to fix this issue. They also promised that a credit was going to be credited to our account to compensate for the service that was not provided. However, it’s been a couple days and nothing has been resolved.I’ve had to call twice tonight for the customer service officer to reboot the tv. The tv keeps losing service every hour. How ridiculous!This company has shown nothing but a disgusting and disgraceful service!

Don’t bother - waste of money! If you’re hoping to watch your favourite free to air tv show or channel then forget about it. I ended up having to stream on my phone anyway. If the service has poor tv reception this should be made aware to the patient prior to purchasing.

Charging $80 a week to a captive audience. That was a free service in Hobart hospital. Unconscionable. Pretty soon you will all be gone .

Service is appalling. TV service faulty cannot watch movies and some free to air just screen displays this screen saver. Despite 3 phone calls and the lady who came and dropped off my receipt also called as she witnessed the issues it is still not resolved. Have asked for a refund when called last night and still no call back from the night before that let alone last night.Also fees are ridiculous whilst I just paid expecting am easy service I have since had to have someone drop a computer to watch any content here. They charge pensioners $10 a day for free to air and some movie channels of which there is no guide as to what you can even watch before you sign up. Noone should be charged this much per day in hospital. Free to air shouldn't be more than a couple of $ a day. The 3 pensioners in the room I was in didn't sign up as it was too expensive which is appalling that NSW health would allow this.I will out of principal be lodging a complaint with fair trading and nsw health.

Extremely disappointed with their (lack of) service. After three phone calls (each time waiting on hold 15 minutes or so) I tried to arrange for the service to be connected for my dad. Money has left my account and no connection has been established over the last 24 hours. No answer to my email.In addition to the current disappointing situation,my dad's credit from his recent visit has also apparently been lost as I was told he was being registered as a new customer and there was no record of him using the service before (despite being admitted 3 weeks ago in the same hospital with several days paid in advance prior to his discharge- convenient). Almost a hundred dollars lost with no service provided. Disgraceful

Purchased for my dad who is in hospital for a long stay. Hills took my money instantly, tv didn’t get connected. I called, told it would be connected in 5 minutes. Still not connected so I called back. Technical issue and IT isn’t there. Money will be refunded. 3 days later money is still not refunded. So I call again and they say it was done yesterday. My dad doesn’t have a tv for his boring stay in hospital and I’m out of pocket $74 for nothing waiting on hills to feel like refunding me. Urgency isn’t a priority. It’s stressful enough that you have to even pay for free to air tv. Don’t use hills tv unless you feel like gambling with your money.

How pathetic this company is, and to be put on people who are sick. Never again would I use or recommend this service to anyone. They charged me twice. It took 7 hours to get going. All the channels weren't available, they said tech services would fix it, still waiting. They charge $13 per day, I went to Disney for $13 per month. Typical greedy rip off business for this day and age.

Terrible service, massive rip off. How we allow this in our public hospitals is a disgrace. It’s 2023 and the service is stuck in 2000. Movie channels don’t work, no guides, basically only free to air available and these didn’t even work for me. 2 phone calls to the call centre for help, they said they would send someone to look at it, they didn’t. asked for a refund and haven’t heard if this has gone through. $14 per day?? Insane. Biggest rort I have ever seen and to think this company brings in millions in revenue per year. Another company ought to take this over and do it properly, would be impossible to do it worse.
