I have been a customer for over 5 years now. Saw through the website upgrade and service improvement that came with it.Overall this is a great service. I use one in the UK and in Australia, onto my 3rd in the UK, only ever needed HotSnail in Aussie as they are great.Highly recommended and I would def recommend them to anyone that doesn't want to open pesky snail mail, even if you live in Australia, forward your mail here and have it scanned back to you - anywhere in the world.

Having used Hot Snail multiple times for different purposes, I have found them to be a great service if you want to have your mail redirected when you're out of the country or just so you don't have to share your home address. They have a great online system that stores all of your mail and gives you full control over what they should do with it. They are super responsive and very professional. Their prices are great too.

We have been using the service for a couple of years and its been great.The only reaaon for not giving 5 stars was due to a couple of stuff ups we had. To their credit HotSnail recovered the situation on both occassions but it did cause distress at the time as the main reason for using the service was because we were travelling outside AustraliaOn balance we would recommend HotSnail.

I have been using hotsnail for a couple of years. I live overseas but run my business in Australia. The portal is super simple and the incoming mail gets processed really quickly. I can get the mail scanned and then only need to send the very occasional document to me overseas. Saves me a fortune. Also a lot of time, mail from Australia now can take up to 2 months. Recommend this company highly
