Haven and Sarah

Have been ordering here for YEARS and they are my favourite florist!The standard you see on their website/Instagram is what you get and if you are unsure, they are always happy to talk about what they have in store, what's in market, and how they can put together a special bunch.I'm not Sydney based, but order regularly through Haven & Sarah for my family - especially for my Grandmother. Sarah and the team always deliver the most beautiful bunches and plants.The thing that sets them apart is the amazing customer service Sarah and the team provides. The extra care and attention they give my Grandmother is something I will always be grateful for. I know she loves seeing them at delivery but I also know they will have a quick chat when she pops into the store to thank them.My only question - when will they be opening in Melbourne!

I ordered a bunch of flowers from Haven and Sarah to be delivered to my mum for Mother's Day. I chose the Our Curation" option

My husband surprises me with flowers for all and any occasion, his teaming with the girls at Sarah and Haven have escalated his marital efforts to legendary status amongst our friends. It hasn't hurt our marriage either! I also purchase flowers for all occasions (nothing like receiving an unexpected bouquet) as well as for the office. No bunch has ever been the same and each interpretation of my brief is spot on. Regardless of your budget or occasion you can trust them to deliver the freshest and most generous of bouquets! Sarah and her team of artists are a real value add to our little village. The hard work, business ethic and dedication to their art is genuinely appreciated, as is the added romance in my marriage! Sarah is an incredible florist that we have gone to for years and years. The team there is very creative and always go above and beyond expectations. Sarah is so fun to work with if you have a special event and has great knowledge and skill in creating absolutely fabulous bunches!

It was easy to use the website and the flowers looked lovely. There was an issue with the delivery as the driver couldn't find the address, but a phone call was all it took and they still got delivered on time. Thank you!
