Love my happy lamp!

Love my happy lamp so far! Great addition to my morning routine :)

I have had my Happy lamp for a little over a week and the results have been BEYOND amazing!! I’m a real summer person and living in Vic we go from hot sunny days to freezing cold non existent sun days… I’ve always suffered with “winter blues” and have been diagnosed with SAD I usually would have a glass of wine by my fire of a night but gave up drinking a year ago so that’s also made winter a bit more harder this year.. I usually sleep in all morning shut my blinds by 4pm but this lamp has changed my winters I’m up at 630 use my lamp and feel so much more energised and my moods are so much better as well.. My sleeping is so much better too!! Can’t highly recommend this more.. After doing research I decided on this brand as it’s Australian made and had the best explanation plus the cost is also the best I came across. Really good lamp, prompt delivery but no instructions.

Very happy with this purchase, as the lamp is easy to use and seems to be effective. Would recommend it to anyone having a problem with light deprivation. The buying proccess was simple and straightforward, and delivery was fast.

Was a little skeptical at first but I noticed the difference compared to days that I didn’t use it.

Its made a very noticeable difference in my mood, energy levels and sleep.I use it for 15-20 mins each morning (it would be good if it had a 20min timer, as that's what is recommended in the research), and within minutes I can feel my brain firing up, becoming more alert. I'm able tonget going with my day much quicker, and where I'd normally feel quite indiscriminately grumpy and have low energy and motivation up until about 10-11am, I now feel energised and ready to hit the ground running.I've also found my energy is sustained throughout the day, and as I said, I'm sleeping better than ever.Improvements I'd like to see with this lamp are, a battery so it's more portable, a 20min timer as opposed to a 15min timer (as that would be in line with the research).

Arrived fast, packaged well, works brilliantly. I love the various light settings and timer, makes such a difference to the cloudy/miserable days. I noticed a difference after 1 week.
