I wish I read the review from Goran Margeta before I used the service from Virginia.Please stay away from Easy Living Conveyancing if you want the settlement complete on the settlement date. Of course there is some many factors can cause delays, but from the conveyor you chose? I really do not know what planet she is onWhere I should start,- Lack of communication- Lack of professional advice,- Narcissistand here was my recent experienceFirstly, Virginia did not apply OCC as she thinks it will be waste of money if the settlement is not going ahead when the settlement was less than a month. And her answer was we can pay extra to get express if neededSecondly, Virginia did not mentioned about discharge application until the bank told me and urged me to do so. Her answer was it would not take too long, the bank overestimated the waiting time. When the discharges team from the bank contacted her for settlement details after I applied it myself, she was either uncontactable or sent a screenshot of calculation to the bank when they requested a proper document to process. What a joke!!Finally, she called me on the settlement day to transfer the deposit to cover the settlement when the realestate agent confirmed with her so many time prior to the settlement. Her answer was the staff who specialist discharge application is inexperienced.Of course the settlement was delayed, and of course is not her fault, she claimed

Virginia's professionalism was second to none. This was our first time buying a property and her level of service was outstanding. And she was always easily reachable for any queries and answered all our queries patiently.
