I am writing in solidarity with my partner who was very upset at how atrociously the main Pharmacist acted towards him today.Its ironic that my partner goes to the Chemist to get things to make him feel better BUT the pharmacist ruins his afternoon. This man should be sacked

Went for my COVID-19 booster and the staff were friendly and helpful. The lady who gave me the booster was nice and I barely felt it going in and my muscle was only a little bit sore and it only lasted for 2 days. Thank you Direct Chemist.

My family has been going to this pharmacy for as long as it has been open for our scripts and great deals on offer. All the staff are courteous and go out of their way to help you find what you need. Pharmacist Jayce always has time to get to the bottom of any concerns we have. Particularly fantastic is that the Pharmacy provides a delivery service to my 86 year old Mum, delivering her Webster packs and scripts and watches over her pharmacy needs wonderfully. Been coming here for my prescriptions for a number of years - ABSOLUTELY NEVER AGAIN. It's never been a particularly friendly place, however today the pharmacist was just rude and offensive - basically accusing me for veterinary prescription fraud as it was sent to me electronically from my vet. If i could give the place MINUS 5 stars I would!

I’ve been getting scripts and other items from this pharmacy since it first opened. Jayce, the head pharmacist is amazing and so are the rest of the staff. Jayce goes out if his way to be helpful and please his customers. I highly recommend this Pharmacy.

My husband and I find the care & attention shown by Caroline is amazing. The other staff also helpful. Glad to have a local pharmacy so nearby, with great prices, & without such a long waiting period, of bigger chains.
