Danielle Yarnold has been our property manager, she has been of help to us recently and with understanding provided great service in fulfilling our contract renewal adjustment request making us clients very happy. Based on this experience, it is clear Ray White Forest Lake values and cares about their clients including renters.

I am a great tenant I look after the property over and beyond and always pay rent and water charges on time. Back in the floods of Feb this year I reported a small leak around a bedroom window in the house to the agency I rent through, nothing was done.Fast forward to October we had a decent storm that rolled through and the leak was much worse, I am talking rain down the walls from the window, nothing was done.2 weeks ago another storm occurred and similar except this time it caused damage to my property in the room, after hounding the agent a builder was sent out a week later, however I have been informed the builder is busy and will not respond to the property manager.Last night as the storm occurred in the middle of the night I could not prepare by moving items prior in my Childs room, the same occurred but this time I got an electric shock from the ONLY power point in the room while trying to clean up the water.I have again informed them and are waiting a response, but what rights do I have as a tenant, this is a safety concern and I just don't feel heard or that my reports are taking as a priority. Who needs to get hurt for my voice to be heard? Its such shame this agency lost Shirley Lusty and Penny-Ann Pokorski because the new property managers are terrible and clearly have no accountability for me and my children.Update 15/12/22 Since again chasing up these issues the Property Manager Kevin encouraged me to take legal action and report to the RTA, Owners and tenants beware, they are not interested in your best interests, the response from the Manager is simply covering himself as they know they are have acted terribly. I have all evidence required, and not being able to find record of me reporting this 10 months ago is simply poor admin within their team.

After the old team left, look like they couldn’t catch up the work. We have been used them around 3 years for our rental property. Currently we are dealing with late payment to us and also late payment to council on our behalf, wrong amount and unclear statements, email without accurate information… so disappointed with service which used to be good one in local.

Ray White Forest Lake have managed multiple properties for me over the past 9 years. Before I met these guys, I went through a few agencies who for the most part were horrendous. The whole team is fantastic, professional and they provide a very responsive service.Since 2015 Danielle Yarnold has been my property manager and she is a rare breed. Danielle is seriously a god send to landlords. She goes above and beyond EVERY single time. She listens, communicates and is proactive. I’ve lived in the USA for the past 4 years and I haven’t had to worry about a thing, sometimes forgetting I even have a rental property. During the pandemic, she kept me informed of legislative changes, was compassionate and reassuring. I really appreciate her quality of service.
