Gordon and his team installed a ducted air system in our home with the minimum of fuss or disruption. Gordon is very friendly and helpful and nothing was a bother to him explaining the operation of the control panel in an easy to use way. Also I had a follow up call just to check everything was satisfactory.I would absolutely recommend Broadwater to all my friends and family and have done so with great results. Gordon and his team were very professional, quick and friendly. Nothing was too difficult. He installed (and team) our ducted Actron unit without fuss within one day. Installation was over a year ago and we love it! Very competitive pricing. Gordon and his team of 3 young men removed a broken down antiquated air conditioning system and installed a Daikin Inverter Split Ducted System. It was a massive job and successfully accomplished in the one day by a team of competent and professional tradesmen. I cannot speak too highly of the end result and the very reasonable price charged. Can't rate this business highly enough! From the first phone call they have been professional, responsive and extremely easy to deal with. The owner came to assess our old air-con within 48 hours of us calling, was on time and a genuinely lovely person. We purchased a new Daikin air-con to replace our 18 year old Daikin and the price quoted was comparable if not less than what we had priced ourselves (Google Search)They kept us informed of wait times, and within a week had scheduled the team to come and install our new aircon. The team turned up at the exact time/ date we were told they would and installed our new aircon, took away our old one with minimal fuss and no mess. Cleaned up everything, would not have even known they had been there. They were a lovely team of 3 men, who were polite and pleasant to deal with, just like their boss :)Highly recommend this local company

Very happy with the selection assistance, installation and post sales support for my large 18kw ducted air conditioner. 5 zones and 2 sensors in 2 story house including removing old ducting.The team were on time, great to work with and very responsive post installation in regards to how to get the best out of the system.
