Our son completed two years of the Arrowsmith program in 2016/2017 after a diagnosis of ADHD in late 2015.He was assessed to determine his particular deficits and then a program was created tailored to target this.Caterina’s persistence and gentle consistent support got him through this program and the areas targeted have made an incredible difference to his life.One thing we have noticed is his ability to plan, get organised and persevere with deadlines as long as tasks are broken down into manageable parts.He accepts offers of support around his school work willingly.He has developed a growth mindset. He generally believes he can achieve his goals. He is realistic about what these are and always strives for success.His interpersonal relationship skills are very good. He works well in groups and enjoys being part of clubs and teams.His sense of time after repetitively doing the clock exercise is excellent.We do not believe our child would be such a happy, driven and contented boy without the Arrowsmith experience and in particular with Caterina’s support throughout.Having a one-on-one coach is an incredible privilege and help for a child with neurodiversity.Whilst daunting in the beginning, after committing to the program and taking on the hard work throughout, we saw an unbelievable and life changing benefit for Ted.We are very grateful to Caterina for facilitating this and we think the program is amazing.Belinda and Pat
