We looked around for an Australian privately owned business to advise us on a skylight. Many businesses are backed by corporate ownership. We like to support people not corporations. We were so pleased we found Mulligan's. Advice was thorough and informative rather than a sales push. The knowledge they had was impressive.Installation went perfectly. Their installers did an excellent job to the specifics discussed in relation to exact placement of the skylight. Jamin replaced our old, leaking, dirty gutters with fresh new colorbond gutters. The improvement it has made to our street appeal is incredible. Jamin was friendly, professional, punctual and made sure his work was of the highest standard. We are waiting on the rest of the roof to be restored, and it is glaringly obvious how badly this needs doing now that Jamin has replaced our gutters. Exceptional workmanship from a great guy. Jamin and his team recently replaced the tiled roof with Colorbond on our 60's cottage. We are very happy with the new colorbond roof, whirly birds, gutters and gutter guard that Jamin and his team installed! It was not an easy job due to the odd design of our roof but Jamin was more than willing and capable to take on the job. Milligan’s Roofing did an excellent job of re-roofing most of my house, as well as installing a lot of new guttering. They were always very professional and their work is of a very high standard. I was kept well informed throughout the process, with phone calls and emails when necessary. Their pricing was incredibly reasonable compared to others, and my property was left spotless when they finished. The Milligan’s Roofing team just finished cleaning our gutters and installing gutter guard. We have a two story house near lots of large gum trees so the gutters had a lot of debris in them. Being a two story house, I was so was very pleased to find someone who was willing to do the job but also to such a high standard. The boys worked hard to make sure the gutter guard installed on the roof looked fantastic and left our place mess free. Jamin is a pleasure to deal with, he quoted the job, showed up when he said he would and did exactly what we wanted done plus more.I highly recommend Milligan’s for any roofing jobs!
