this was by far the worst subway i have ever stepped foot in. 3 staff are working yet it still takes them 15 minutes to make one footlong. the staff were not friendly in the slightest and rolled their eyes when i asked them to heat the chicken up before toasting it (like they are meant to). after pulling my footlong out of their toaster, the person serving me rubbed his runny nose all over his arm and continued to put my salads on like nothing happened. when it was time to put the sauces on i politely asked for ONE THIN LINE of mayonnaise and the server did two thick lines. as if it isn’t bad enough that their service is terrible, the shop looks untidy and unclean. they have lids scattered all over the place and customers aren’t even able to see what they can have on their subs. i don’t know who trained these people to work the way they do but it’s obvious that they need to be retrained at least.

I suppose it helps if your local or was it just because she was a good looking lady that you took her order whilst leaving my lunch on the bench to go cold I don't know what part of a little bit of mayo you didn't understand this thing is swimming in it. You've taken my order at least 10 times over the past month and you still manage to stuff it up at least the girl you normally work with is nice friendly and her ears work don't worry I won't be coming back into your store ever again after today

Went here for a filling foot long on Easter Sunday , quite busy ..Ordered, plus all the salad .. had to ask twice to add more of each item and ended up with less than half the normal toppings.Got the feeling that instead of ordering double salad items etc for a very busy day, the franchisee had instructed staff to put a lot less on the rolls .Lost this customer !

On 28 Dec we got charged 3 foot long price instead 2 and asked for refund for the mistake was not considered even after a call from our end.We we’re on a day trip from SydneyDisappointing

Fairly standard craftsmanship. Usually consistent with quality which is credit. However, the lady making the subs was evidently incredibly sick. In attempting to hide her sickness by suppressing her sniffles, her nose proceeded to run down to her top lip. Probably the last thing anyone would want approaching their sandwich.Please send sick employees home. I did enjoy the sandwich. Standby for contraction of illness update.

Terrible staff member some young guy patchy beardRude and has terrible manners speaking to me as if was causing problem I didn’t yell at him I wasn’t talking down to him yet he treats me in unprofessional manner and has worst customer service attitude all he had to say is sorry I didn’t prep fast enough so nothing is ready and it was 9:00

It was a public holiday so the staff were kept busy. However, the young male who served me lacked the basic customer service skills expected from a subway. He only put cheese on half my sub and he didn't even ask my girlfriend if she wanted cheese, on her sub before placing it into the toaster. After she let him know, he then acted like she was asking too much from him. We left feeling quite upset with the service experience.

Food was on par, but the staff was great. The young lady who served me was cordial and efficient. Probably the best subway empolyees I've ever see .
