Ramit and his team worked with the builder and organized keys, provided suggestions about the front and back yard, analyzed the market well and leased the property in a week with high-quality tenants.After leasing the property, The Specialist Agency conducted 3-month routine inspection, addressed minor issues with the builder, and rectified them without engaging me but keeping me up-to-date by sending formal job reports.One thing that differentiates The Specialist Agency from any other Franchise or boutique agency is THEY DO WHAT THE SAY". They are looking after the property as if it's their own. Other 6-month inspections were completed in time
