I highly recommend the team at Chateau Property Management! They are kind, helpful and have great communication. They were so helpful to get us our first Adelaide rental, the entire process was made easy! They have been amazing to work with, and have helped to be able to make the house a home.

Chateau Property Management
We have just used Chateau to put our property up for rental and it was a quick and easy process. Jayde is our property manager and she has been amazing, very professional and great communication throughout the whole process. She was always happy to quickly answer any questions we had. My parents also use Chateau for their rental and recommended them to us.

Jayde made the process very easy of getting the house ready to lease providing me with calm and considered advice. Jayde and Elise are very pleasant to deal with and always get back to me quickly. Lisa-Maria has been our property manager over the years, and always responds quickly to any correspondence in a friendly and professional manner. She is super bubbly and my kids warmed to her instantly when they first met her.Jayde is always so lovely over the phone also, as is the maintenance man!I would recommend their services in a heartbeat!

We were recommended to go through Chateau by an existing customer. Jayde was our first point of contact with this company, she was lovely to talk to and prompt in responding to requests. We had Lisa-Maria assigned as our property manager and have had multiple interactions with both ladies. We have appreciated all of the support, suggestions, and communication that these team members have provided. The company provides easy to read invoices/statements and EOFY summaries. Would highly recommend to both landlords and tenants.
