I came to this fish and chip shop for the usual chippy order. Not only was the owner rude to customers, but he was also rude to staff working. Very small portions, and part of the order was missing. Would not recommend. An extra 5 minute drive is worth it.

On my way back from Cervantes, I got hungry and dropped by this fish and chip place. I wasn't expecting much food, but it was so good I had to write a review.All the seafood tasted like they were recently caught, brought to the shop and cooked to perfection. The fish was moist. The calamari had a hint of garlic. Fried oysters tasted like the ocean. The chips are buttery and the cheese sticks were just melted. And for those who loves a good brownie, get a fried mars bar, this will be your new way of getting your brownie fixings.I don't know if it's their batter or frying but the food stayed crispy after an hour driving all the way home.I am glad I found this place on my way home.

Just order here the first time in 2.5 years living in Kinross, never again… the smallest piece of Spanish mackerel and the most expensive I’ve ever paid..will not be going back. Do yourself a favour try Heathridge Fish & Chips. I was in a rush tonight or would have gone back there

Ordered last night 13/03/2020, the place inside is so clean it is surreal.How he does his batter is out of this world, the produce is fresher than the guy next door neighbour running off with ya mum's undies.Highly recommend.

I came in to look at fish and buy some chips, the fish are dead turns out. Don't recommend taking the family to see some fish as they are lifeless corpses on a dinner plate.

Our favourite fish and chip shop. Always friendly and good service. Fish is cooked very well, lovely light crisp batter. Sometimes chips can be slightly oily but still nice

I’ll be honest, the chips are tasty, fish not so much. And I must say the place is VERY clean for a fish and chip shop. Although, the attitude of the owner here is not one of somebody who should work in hospitality. He’s quite rude, not only to customers but to staff also. Portion sizes are disappointing, which he seems to take pride in when questioned. Unfortunate as this is my local.

So un-Australian!! Exspensive and bad quality. We recently moved to Kinross and tried this fish and chip shop for the first time, and it will definitly be our last time. Even though we ordered $45 worth of food we didnt receive any extra fish, potato scallops or crab sticks, as other fish and chip shops usually do.. I find that very un-Australian! The food was also poor in quality and way over priced. If im going to eat poorly, the food should be worth it and at least taste nice.
