Recently leased a shed through Tim Etchells, he could not have been more helpful and professional unlike another commercial real estate agent it Ballarat who could not even return a call.

I entrusted this company with relocating to storage my board room table, photo copier, computer screens and other electronic equipment when i was forced to vacate a property early even though agents knew that it wasn't possible. The photocopier was damaged, potentially beyond repair, the board room table has deep gashes in it, the lcd and tv's that where there have been scratched and will need to be replacedAgents where more concerned about getting new tenants in, including providing anew lease and keys to tenants whilst i still had property in the premises rather then remedying issues and showing duty of care to their clients.Further to this i have sent legal letters of demand to the director, sales manager and owner of the company, all go un-answered along with phone calls and hundreds of emails.The matter is now about to be lodged with VCAT.Do not trust this agent with your property to manage or with them being your agent if your renting / leasing. It will just end in heartache and undue stress. Their practices are dodgy disguised as trying to help. This company has been given more chances then i would give anyone to resolve issues and have shown zero interest or care to resolve issues which they have caused whether that be by malpractice, negligence or just plain breach of the privacy act and or estate agents code of conductMaybe posting the truth in the public domain might trigger them to chance their ways and pay me for the damage and losses they have caused my company, however i wont hold my breath as this agency is completely inept.

Real estate company that works for you. How rare is that these days? Easy going and very informative.

Very helpful with organising a rental property

I have had the pleasure of dealing with mathew kent property manager .. gentleman.. respectful..and generally available to converse with fair in our dealings which became sticky because owner wanted to sell property but that’s another storyYou would do well to lease through this company if only just to deal with a decent property manager

Office is small but they made it their own. I mainly communicate with agent over the phone so don't have much to mention

Vacated shop premises 23 Harold St Wendouree 3355 on a retail lease 7 weeks ago, shop left in perfect condition with rent & utilities fully paid up & small adjustment on water rates to take into account. Still have not received my security deposit refund, agent not answering mobile phone calls or emails, receptionist Lyn says she will enquire for me but no return calls, emails or letters at time of writing review.Would never deal with this agent on any matter ever again.Rating 1 star for Lyn answering the landline, because I could not give a negative. - Have just been advised, after posting this review that paper work was misplaced and they will get it to me asap.
