Amazing gym! We've been travelling for several months and this is one of the best gyms we've found. The equipment is brand new and you have everything you need for a great workout. The guys at reception were also super kind with us. Thanks!

Great little setup with everything you need to get a sneaky holiday workout in. Reasonable casual price and a super friendly trainer who is happy to put his phone number on the door when he has stepped out so you can still get in and going while you wait for him to return. I will be glad to visit here again every time I am in Apollo Bay.

Small, but friendly and accommodating staff. Great place for a quick workout while I was traveling along the beautiful great ocean road. Even the Concept2 indoor rowing machine was well maintained, which is somewhat rare for many clubs I’ve been to around the world.They had a great group session being led by an instructor, but I was busy rowing so didn’t join in. Signed a waiver, paid a nominal drop in fee, and did my thing.While they did have a changing room, I don’t believe they had a shower. Plan accordingly.

This gym has a really good atmosphere! The trainingen are great and helpfull. I learned every class more what makes me really motivated. The trainster shows the excersices and explains the benefit for your bodyshape. I really recommand you to be a member at this gym!
