I've been there twice now. The reception staff, dental nurses and dentist are all very friendly and professional.The dental work is excellent and at very reasonable price. My implant was 1000 less than anywhere else in Melbourne. I checked with different suburban dentist and no one could match the price.

Had a very good experience getting a filling done here. Dr Erica was very gentle and I must say I had no sort of discomfort or pain throughout the whole procedure. The nurse Susanna had exceptional skills dealing with the suction and the receptionists were helpful and very welcoming! You don't feel nervous at all!Overall, would 100% recommend City Smiles

I have been a client of City Smiles for about 15 years. Initially I started treatment with them to get several teeth worn down by grinding crowned. They were the best priced Dentist in Melbourne CBD and their crowns were priced well below other Dentists.You do take a gamble going with a cheaper price but I expect even the dearer Dentists may use supplier Andent for crowns, porcellain veneers, and implants. My Andent crowns are tough, many over 10 years old and have not been replaced, So City Smiles use a top supplier.Their general dentistry is fantastic too - well priced and each Dentist cares about your treatment and minimises any discomfort.I have private health extras and I am in my late fifties - wear and tear on teeth over the years means repairs are needed. At City Smiles I get the highest level treatment and I can afford it!!!!

Been going to City Smiles fir many years, very happy with Dr Erica who was professional, the numbing procedure was very quick , painless extraction and price was very reasonable. Thoroughly recommend City Smiles plus easy to travel to by train . 5 stars

Very happy with Dr Kay as was not an easy tooth extraction.He was able to extract the same day as intial consultation and I felt no pain and explained the whole process very clearly.The nurse and receptionist very polite and helpful who very going to call me in few days to see how I was feeling as had a large tooth extraction with an a very painful abcessWould highly recommend City Smiles

I landed on this page when was booking an appointment with my dentist at City Smiles. I've been a patient there for about 20 years and never had any problems with this clinic. I referred my family and friends and everyone is happy with City Smiles services. What l like the most that they work together as a team, they very transparent about treatment options and costs. Prices are much better than elsewhere and quality of care is excellent. I can see some nurses working there for 10 or more years, same with dentists. Receptionists are always friendly; sometimes they can be very busy and telephone rings non-stop people making appointments. I always receive reminders about appointments, and they called me after difficult treatment to check on me. Very surprised to see negative reviews here. Don't understand why people complain, they must be just wingers or unhappy people. I give 5 stars to City Smiles

I am a loyal customer of this place for many years. Been advised by my friend and did it myself to many people later as I'm genuinely impressed by the quality and attention, considering their really budget pricing level. Actually at some point I was a bit nervous before implant procedures as I never had it before, and it ended with me crying - with tears of relief as it was so easy, painless and quick. I'm not a child and I don't have any specific traumas related to dentists, but somehow it hit me then and I appreciate that care the team gave to me.Reception stuff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Always receive only good feelings from visiting here.

I chose City Smiles for implants because they were quite a bit cheaper than every other option I investigated in Melbourne. I have had multiple treatments over the past years (might be 8 or so?) and the professionalism is always exemplary. Even though I live in the outer suburbs, the time to travel to the city is well worth it.

My family and I have been going to this practice for years. I had my implant, crowns and general dental service. We are delighted with the service; especially the front office team is very knowledgeable and helpful. My mother in law had several implant place in the clinic as well she is quite happy with the result. Our family loves it here because of the competitive pricing and great product & service. The dentists are very kind and provide sound advice and alternative treatment options to maintain good oral hygiene to prevent further damage to my teeth.

Fantastic friendly staff , reasonable pricing and first class dentistry. All this and more is what you get at City Smiles . I have been coming here since 2007 and the Service and smiles remain the same awesome quality they have always been. Dr Wesley especially has restored my faith in Dentists with his customer focused , friendly approach. He is extremely informative so you know what is going on and makes it all seem effortless. I must also take the time to say thanks to the receptionist staff especially Anna who has been so helpful, going above and beyond on many occasions even supplying me with the best places to park in the city while visiting city smiles
