I am writing to thank Marble Renewal for the work completed for me.From start to finish, the administration process and work performed was a five star performance.In particular, I wish to give feedback regarding team member, Mel.Mel is a very polite, courteous, and respectful young man. He was punctual and he worked hard, with the utmost care, cleanliness, and attention to detail. He has a very cooperative demeanor and he is mindful and receptive of the customer’s needs. The work he completed was of a high standard. I compliment Mel and the organisation on a favourable customer experience.

Please pass on my thanks to the team at Marble Renewal for a great job. The terrazzo floor in my balcony was in really awful condition after years of weathering and general usage - cracked, stained, ground-in black dirt - I couldn't get it any cleaner and didn't hold out much hope of improving it at all. But your team absolutely transformed it, same with the terrazzo kitchen floor, to me they look brand new, and the balcony is now once again a usable space instead of an area to avoid. The before/after photos can't really show how bad it was before, and how good it is now. Mel didn't stop all the time he was here, I don't know how he continued at such a pace. But he also showed great kindness in the care he took moving in and around the flat and the work areas, avoiding any possible damage from the machinery and tools, and cleaning up carefully at the end of each day, which was very much appreciated. Please thank him for me and commend him for a job really well done. I chose this firm after they restored the terrazzo floor in our building foyer. and now after my own experience with them I thoroughly recommend Marble Renewal. Definitely 5 Stars.

Marble Renewal's workmanship and professionalism are outstanding. They are very good to deal with - they follow up promptly and are responsive to requests. The technicians are a pleasure to have at the house and always very polite. The team is keen to always meet the customer's expectations and were delightful to deal with when I had a few queries on recent work, making sure that I was 100% satisfied at the end of the job. We've just had our stone BBQ bench top repaired and restored, as well as some outdoor slate steps. We couldn't believe the amazing results in both areas, which now look like new!

Marble Renewal recently resurfaced the stone floor in my main bathroom. The stone was in very poor condition in a number of places so my expectations for the resurfacing were not high. How delighted was I when I saw the result? The tradesman who did the work was first class. So careful, tidy, polite, reliable and competent. He must be one of the best tradesmen I have had in the house in a long time. The quality of the work exceeded by expectations by a very long way. The floor looks infinitely better in the places with most damage and as good as new everywhere else. I could not be more delighted with Marble Renewal and feel very happy to be able to recommend their business.

I had my travertine bathroom cleaned and re-sealed by Alex at Marble Renewal. They came to view the bathroom and sent a very competitive quote. Plus they managed to squeeze me in before Christmas! Fantastic customer service. My bathroom looks new again. Alex who did the work was experienced, professional, thorough and with fantastic attention to detail. Highly recommend.

We had our kitchen marble floors polished by Marble Renewal. Their quote was very competitive and did a great job.Jason and Ben were very professional and polite, nothing was too much trouble for them, and were always happy to answer any questions and accommodate our requests.We will get them back to do the rest of our house.

Used them a year ago, had to call them back right after they completed the job as parts of the sandstone was not sealed properly. Now its being 1 year and i can some sandstones growing mould already. Their email service is appalling i must say, either you don't hear from them or they reply the 1st time to have someone out on your site at a specific day and doesn't turn up at all. You don't get a call either as to what is happening.
