KinKou yoga is a wonderful studio. Kathy offers such a calm, restorative practice and I am grateful every week I get to attend.One of the greatest studios in the Illawara !

Kathy's classes are great. Small group, everything is explained so beginners can understand what to do. I feel more refreshed and relaxed after some gentle yoga practice at Kinkou Yoga.

I loved Kathy's Saturday morning stretch & connect class it was a really great way to wind down & start a relaxing weekend. The space is gorgeous & i highly recommend taking a class at kinkou yoga ❤

Kathy is a wonderful teacher! She creates such a beautiful and homely space with all the little details attended to, I love her small group classes and the calm and considered instruction to really help settle into practice without needing to overthink or second-guess anything. Kathy’s expertise means an effortless teaching. I’d recommend KinKou for anyone at any level and true to her word, to genuinely stretch and connect.
