I haven't seen such a money minded and poor service from a business in a while. We called them for servicing of the dental chairs , they came in did the servicing messed up with the water flow to my hand pieces and didn't put the water adjusment's knobs in right place where I struggled to adjust the water flow for 2-3 days and finally I had to call them back. When I spoke to them on the phone they said they will not charge us the call out fee if nothing is broken as the chairs were serviced 2 days ago. The guy came in checked and couldn't adjust the water and opened up the lid of the chair found all the knobs are not in place and said that's the reason they didn't work. He went back and sent me a call out bill saying we pulled all the knobs out. I have been working on that chair for 7 years and I am so gentle with all the parts of chair as I know how expensive things can be when they break. They are trying to put blame on me for their inefficiency and charging me for nothing. When we do some treatment on a patient and if some thing is wrong we don't charge them for adjustments if something is not right with our work. Not at all a good customer service. Disappointed to the peaks.
